| Abstract: | Legal supervision and relief under state's macroeconomic regulation is demanded by modern national intervention and market economy as well as the internationalization of macroeconomic regulation and the law. Under present political system, centering the supervision and relief by national legislative and curt, we should establish an external, public, frequent and systemic legal supervision- relief system which should be based on public supervision and relief seeking. |
