希腊城邦时代,古希腊社会所以具有同东方专制王国不同的发展特色,关键在于荷马时代形成的体系神话传说具有的特征,即神界统治呈现的"贵族式民主精神",它深刻影响了古希腊人在走向文明时对政体形式的选择,也是希腊神话传说流传经久不衰的主要原因之一.

Ancient Greek society is different from the Oriental autocratic kingdoms because of "noble democracy",the characteristic of ancient Greek fairy tales which greatly influnces ancient Greeks' political choice on their way to civilization and is one of the main reasons for the prolonged popularity of Greek fairy tales. |
