摘    要:员工是影响业务流程再造成败的重要因素.为了充分分析流程再造中人的因素,将委托-代理理论引入流程再造中,运用该理论对流程再造中所存在的委托人和代理人以及他们之间的相互关系进行分析.首先,分析了委托-代理理论与流程再造之间的相互关系,验证了将委托-代理理论运用在流程再造中的可能性;然后,在委托-代理理论分析框架下,具体分析流程再造中所存在的委托代理关系,并建立2个阶段的基于委托代理理论的流程再造模型;最后,对所建立的模型进行改进、求解,并给出相关的解释.

Abstract:Employee is an important factor which has strong influence on the success of Business Process Reengineering (BPR).In order to analyze employees in BPR fully,this paper imports the principal-agent theory into BPR.By using this theory,this paper analyzes principals and agents existing in BPR and the relationship between them.First,it analyzes the relationship between the principal-agent theory and BPR to validate the possibility of applying principal-agent theory to BPR; secondly,under the analysis framework of the principal-agent theory,it specifically analyzes the principal-agent relationship in BPR and establishes the two-stage model for BPR based on the principal-agent theory.At last,it improves the model established and provides algorithm and relative explanations.
