| 摘 要： | 关于EKC理论的研究,许多学者已将研究方向转移到了如何缓和污染物排放量的增长速度、令EKC曲线峰值降到最低的内容上,从而产生了新型EKC的假设.若要实现新型EKC,应该按照"新型EKC的三原则适用模型"对不同的环境问题进行分析,寻找适合解决的措施与途径.

| Abstract: | In recent years,many studies have been carried out on EKC to find out ways to reduce emission and smooth the curve down to the optimal level.Therefore,the revised EKC has been proposed to achieve that objective."The Model of Three Principles for the Revised EKC" has been designed and depicted to further the analysis of EKC in the hope of coping with the environmental problems in better ways. |
