| Abstract: | In developing the western regions of China at the beginning of the new Century,developing a "New Silk Road" economic zone has been the agenda of the government.In the face of such a good situation,Xi'an,one of the main inland cities should cooperate with lian yun port which is one of the coastalport cities in the east to establish"Xi'an Branch of Lian Yun Port"so as to be involved in the international economy. |
