| 摘 要： | 农村居民消费需求与农村流通体制改革、农村金融体制改革、农村社会保障制度建设、农村公共品供给体制改革、农村人口全面发展、农民收入增长相互制约，相互促进。应拓宽制约农民消费的瓶颈，实现扩大农村居民消费需求与深化农村经济体制改革的良性循环。
