| 摘 要： | 以唯物辩证法为理论指导,坚持理论联系实际的原则,论述哈撒儿的历史地位.科学分析哈撒儿与成吉思汗之间的矛盾是评价哈撒儿历史地位的关键.哈撒儿辅佐当时先进力量的代表成吉思汗,统一蒙古高原各部,促进蒙古社会的发展与进步.但是,在哈撒儿身上也有阶级和时代的局限性.相对而言,哈撒儿的历史进步性超过其局限性,哈撒儿是一位值得肯定的历史人物.哈撒儿具备了一位杰出的政治家、军事家和外交家的素质.
