| 摘 要： | 目前,我国土地征用制度改革理论存在一些误区,论文主要讨论了土地征用的市场化运作问题、区分“公共利益”的问题和为失地农民提供社会保障问题。进而指出了土地征用制度改革比较现实的出路是探讨怎样按照市场价格进行补偿。

| Abstract: | There are some theoretical mistakes for the reformation of China land requisition system. The paper mainly discusses the market operation of land requisition, the discrimination of public benefits and the society guarantee for farmers who lose their land. It also points out the practical outlet of how to compensate the farmers who lose their land according to the market price . |
