| 摘 要： | 西方“协商民主理论”的兴起是民主理论在当代的新发展，它从价值层面建构了一个“平等、包容、公开、理性”的理想协商模式，其基本精神与我国的政治协商制度的理念是一致的。面对着转型社会带来的挑战，吸取协商民主理论的价值并寻求适合中国国情的特色路径是我国政治协商制度建设乃至民主政治改革的必然选择。

| Abstract: | The rise of the Western "Theory of Consultative Democracy" indicates the latest development of democratic theory,which has constructed the ideal consultative pattern of "equality,inclusiveness,openness and rationality " in the value aspect,whose fundamental spirit is in conformity with the ideal of China's political consultative system.With the challenges in the transformational society,absorbing the value of "Theory of Consultative Democracy" and seeking a characteristic path suitable for China's national situation become an inevitable choice for the construction of China's political consultative system and even the democratic political reform. |
