| 摘 要： | 根据非对称信息理论,分析当前我国农业产业化经营过程的相关问题,认为非对称信息导致了农业产业化经营中的逆向选择、信号传递以及信息甄别问题。提出了为减少非对称信息对农业产业化经营影响,应加强政府调控、采取相关的改善市场信息环境的若干措施。

Asymmetric information and agriculture industrialization management |

| Abstract: | According to asymmetric information theory, the current issues about agriculture industrialization management are analyzed and it is concluded that asymmetric information leads to the issues of adverse selection, signal transmission, and information screening. Therefore, in order to decrease the unfavourable effect of asymmetric information on agriculture industrialization management, government's regulation and control should be enforced, and several measures to improve market information environment should be adopted. |
