高校师范专业教育实习评价改革初探

摘    要:教育实习评价不仅是高校师范专业教育实习组织、管理工作中的一项重要内容,也是保证教育实习顺利进行,达到实践教学目的的有效途径,具有导向、诊断、鉴定与促进科学化管理等多方面的作用。探讨现有教育实习评价体系中存在的问题,在教育实习评价中引进发展性评价方法,借助多元评价主体,关注教育实习的全过程,能更科学地评价实习成效,更有效地帮助实习生自我反思、自我完善,促进其专业发展。

Abstract:Education practice evaluation,being means for orientation,diagnosis and appraisal,is not only an important content in the organization and management of internship of normal universities,also an effective approach to guarantee the smooth and effective operation of education practice.This paper discusses problems in the evaluation system of education practice,introduces developmental assessment to internship evaluation to evaluate education practice scientifically from multiple dimensions and to effectively engage trainees in self-reflection and self-improvement so as to promote their professional development.
