通货膨胀和通货紧缩是宏观经济中存在的两种极端的经济金融现象。这两种极端的经济金融现象不仅交替发生，而且在一定条件下发生相互转换，经历由通货膨胀向通货紧缩转换或由通货紧缩向通货膨胀转换的过程。尽管通货膨胀和通货紧缩相互转换存在一些共同的特征。但在不同的历史时期、不同国家，受所处经济发展阶段、社会经济制度、世界经济变化、政府调控等方面因素的影响，这些共同的特征又存在明显的差异。

On the Track, Characteristics and Differences of Inflation and Deflation Transformation

Inflation and deflation are two extreme economic and financial phenomena in macro economy. These two kinds of extreme economic and financial phenomena not only occur alternately ,but also can be trans- formed to each other under certain circumstance ,that is ,the process from inflation to the deflation or from the process deflation to inflation. Even some common features exist in the transformation between inflation and defla- tion; however, influenced by such factors as economic development stage ,social and economic system, global eco- nomic diversification and government control,there are still some obvious differences in different historical periods and countries.
