| 摘 要： | 本文从首届免费师范生的就业情况入手,根据相关统计结果对当前免费师范生政策实施中存在的问题进行总结,进而从事前(招生报考阶段)、事中(培训教育阶段)、事后(就业任职阶段)三个阶段对存在的问题进行浅析并提出建议。

| Abstract: | The System of Free Normal Education was pushed forward since 2007,the first graduation students have been on the job.This paper started from their employment situation,summing up some existing problems in the policy implement according to the relative statistical results,and then pointed out some suggestions on how to cope with the problems in recruiting,training,and employment phases. |
