| 摘 要： | 目前，师德现状与教师劳动的严肃性之间存在着明显的距离与冲突，其原因在于市场经济的负面影响、教师职业声望的降低以及教学管理的松懈。师德建设必须在“高起点”上进行操作，事业心和爱心是教师职业道德体系的两条主线。

| Abstract: | ract:There are great chasms and conflicts between the social demand and the pressnt situation of teacher's work. The causes lie mainly in the side effects of marketing economy, the declining tendency of teachers' occupation prestige and the neglect of teaching management .The construction of the teachers' morality must be operated from a high starting poine. Dedication and the sence of love are the two dominant elements in the make-up of teacher's occupation morality. |
