大学生余暇体育的心理特征及其社会心理学分析

本文通过对大学生余暇体育的调查及社会心理学分析,提出大学生余暇体育是学校体育的延伸与扩展,余暇体育的趋向性是与社会大众体育接轨的。作为大学生余暇体育的主体,高校体育必须与余暇体育整合,其教学定位、教学模式必须与社会大众体育接轨。进一步提出应从现代教育发展和全民健身的战略高度,加强学生余暇体育导向机制,引导学生树立远大社会动机,使学生有更高的余暇体育锻炼的积极性。

The Psychological Characteristics of University Leisure Time Gymnastics and Its Social Psychological Analysis

Through the survey of university leisure time gymnastics and its social psychological analysis,we put forward that the university leisure time gymnastics should be the enlargement and promotion of school gymnastics and it should integrate smoothly into social common gymnastics.The university gymnastics should integrate with leisure time gymnastics,especially in the fields of teaching orientation and teaching mode.We should strengthen the orientation mechanism of leisure time gymnastics and guide students to a great social motivation on a high level,such as modern education and all-people exercise.Only by a great social motivation can we lead students to an active attitude to leisure time gymnastics,and contribute much to society.This research will provide important basis for the university gymnastic reform.
