| Abstract: | Modernized notion of higher education is the key element in the modernization of higher education.Its core is the basic relationship of higher education with society,people and culture.Also,its function upon the modernization of higher education is not in explicit and tangible forms,but in implicit and internalized rules.Modernized notion of higher education features the attributes of being comprehensive,modern,progressive,directive coherent,innovative and characteristic. |
