| 摘 要： | 墨子主张"天志",在天人关系的二维结构中,人在天的意志主宰之下.墨子主张"尚同"思想,在君民关系的二维结构中,君权相对于民权具有绝对的权威.但墨子思想中的天人关系是天、鬼、君、民的四维结构.借助于"天鬼"的中介,实现了民意对于君权的制衡,墨子政治思想具有民本思想的倾向.借助于民本思想,墨子的天人关系观走出了原始宗教的桎梏,体现了人文主义的精神.
