| 摘 要： | 法官职业伦理是当前我国法官队伍建设的核心内容,关系到司法公正的实现和法治建设的进步.严格法官准入制度和遴选制度,从源头上保证法官的高素质.改革法官职业伦理的监督和惩戒制度,是法官职业伦理自律性要求.实现法官职业伦理的内化,是法官职业化建设的最终追求.

| Abstract: | professional ethics and morality of the judges is the core issue in the construction of judges team,which is concerned with the realization of the judicial justice and the progress of the legal construction.The strict judges' admittance and selection system will ensure the entry of high-qualified judges.The reform of supervisionand punishment system on professional ethics and morality is theself-disciplined requirement.The realization of the internalization of professional ethics and morality is the ultimate pursuit of such construction. |
