壳聚糖对沿阶草叶片抗渗透胁迫的影响

摘    要:在20%PEG-6000渗透胁迫下,用不同浓度的壳聚糖对离体沿阶草(Ophiopogon bodinieri Levl)离体叶片处理12 h后,测定其相对含水量、叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶活性和脯氨酸含量.结果表明,渗透胁迫下,壳聚糖可减缓叶片中水分的丧失以及叶绿素含量的下降,并能提高过氧化物酶活性和增加脯氨酸含量,这些研究表明壳聚糖能有效缓解渗透胁迫对植物的伤害,提高植物的抗旱性.

Abstract:Under the osmotic stress of 20% PEG-6000,the detachedOphiopogon bodinieri Levl. leaves were treated with chitosan in different concentrations for 12 h. The results showed that, under the osmotic stress, chitosan could maintain both the relative water proportion, and the chlorophyll proportion in leaves higher than that of the control group. Meanwhile, treated with chitosan, the peroxidase activity enhanced and the proline proportion increased. It is concluded that chitosan can effectively alleviate the damage of the osmotic stress to ophiopogon bodinieri Levl. leaves, hence improviong the water stress resistance.
