高校干部绩效考核体制的现状及对策

摘    要:从人力资源管理视角看,高校干部绩效考核体制仍存在一些尚未解决的问题。因此,可以从设定易于量化的考核指标、注重考核的过程效应、根据岗位性质赋予不同考核内容、及时向被考核干部反馈结果、遴选客观公正的考核主体、建立易于操作的考核体系等六个方面解决其存在的问题。

Abstract:This thesis tries to introduce the new concept of modern human resources management into the cadre as- sessment of universities and colleges.It gives a detailed explanation on such areas as the basic principles,significance and assessing factors of cadre assessment,which aims at solving the cadre assessment dilemma pervasive in domestic universi- ties and colleges,as well as offering solutions to the assessment of cadres achievements and efficiency in universities and colleges and to the establishment of the related system.
