论现代中央商务区形成的经济原因

针对现代中央商务区形成原因的众说纷纭，作者研究认为，在世界各地一些国际化大城市出现的中央商务区（CBD）现象，仅仅从城市地理发展角度解释是不够的，CBD的形成与发展更深层次的原因是企业内部职能分工在空间位置上发生分离的新体现，国际化大都市发达的第三产业为中央商务区形成提供了外部条件，经济聚集效应和现代信息技术的支撑使得现代中央商务区最终成为现实。文章还强调了要正确看待政府的作用。

Economic Causes of Forming Modern Central Business Districts

Central Business Districts(CBD) are existing in many metropolis around the world. This article analyses such phenomenon not only according to the development of the whole city.The CBD's forming and developing should be due to the separation in space of the enterprise internal division,which reflects the maturing of the third industry.CBD has its own rule and evolving procedure,in which the government definitely has a significant role, but not the only aspect to promote the CBD's form and development.
