论我国民主法治建设中的主体观和主体性问题

我国的民主法治经过几十年的建设已取得了可喜的进步,但同时也存在着很大的问题。其中,参与主体的缺失则是其中的一个很重要的问题,而主体观的确立、主体性的增强是解决问题的关键。由于主体观“一体多元”的内涵,“一体两面”的特质,以及与民主法治的基本要素和建设目标相吻合,使得主体观的确立、主体性的增强成为我国民主法治建设得以良性循环的一个很好的结合点和切入点。

The Construction of democracy and rule by law in China has made pleasing progress through efforts of decades,but there are also existing big problems,among which lack of subject is bigger.The pitching-in point or the juncture to solve the problems is to establish sense and subjectivity of the Subject in the development of democracy and rule by law.
