| 摘 要： | 创新是人类社会发展与进步的永恒主题,是素质教育的灵魂。高校作为培养和造就高素质创新型人才的摇篮,必须勇敢地面对来自各方面新的挑战,在重视知识传授的同时,必须注重对大学生创新能力的培养。文章通过对具有较强创新能力人才特征的论析,阐述了培养大学生创新能力的基本途径。

| Abstract: | Innovation is not only the constant theme of human being social development and progress but also the essence of the quality education. As the cradle of training talents of high quality and innovation, high school must face the new challege from every aspect. It emphasizes on imparting knowledge in the meantime it should lay stress on training abilities of university students' innovation. The article expounds the basic ways of training university students' innovation abilities based on analyzing the characteristics of talents who have strong innovative abilities. |
