| 摘 要： | 中国传统军事文化是旧时代、旧社会、旧实践的产物,具有自身无法克服的历史局限性.从根本上不能适应当今世界新军事变革的发展要求和完成我军历史使命的新要求.建设当代中国先进军事文化,必须推进中国传统军事文化转型,在批判继承传统的基础上,借鉴吸收世界各国优秀军事文化因子,不断完善教育引导、法律规范、道德约束等动力机制.
