| Abstract: | This essay begins with a brief account of China's legal system concerningcompanies after liberation as well as the current state and characteristics of com-panies. The stress is given to the nature and features of the joint-stock companieswhich have emerged all over China in the past few years when the State-ownedenterprises have been undergoing a procedure for becoming joint-stock compnaies. Finally, as a result of the analysis done above, some proposels are put forthabout some problems concerning the establishment of corporation law in China. |
