网络环境下高校图书馆的信息服务

对网络环境下高校图书馆的信息资源、信息服务手段、信息交流方式及信息服务内容四方面的变革进行了具体分析 ;探讨了网络环境下高校图书馆开展信息服务的内容 ,即主要开展网上专题文献信息服务、定题服务、网络导航服务和对用户进行培训的服务 ;分析了目前高校图书馆开展信息服务的主要制约因素 ,并提出了相应的对策。主要制约因素有两点 :信息服务人员的信息服务意识淡薄、信息服务人员的业务素质偏低。高校图书馆应引入竞争激励机制、提高工作人员的待遇、加强工作人员的继续教育 ,要不断提高工作人员的服务意识和业务素质。

Information Service of Academic Library Under Network Environment

The paper makes a concrete analysis of the following four aspects of academic libraries under network environment: the change in information resource; the change in information service means; the change in information exchange means and information service content. Meanwhile, it discusses under network environment the model of developing information service in academic library, that is, to develop special subject service; to develop selective dissemination information; to develop network guidance service and service of users training. Besides, it analyses the main restrict factors in information service in academic library and corresponding way to deal with it. The main reasons are as follows: the consciousness weakness in initiative of the serving members and low level of the members professional quality. So a competitive and encouraging system should be introduced to increase the treatment of the members and strengthen their continued education. And other means can be used to increase their service consciousness and increase their professional qualities.;
