关于对新疆哲学社会科学研究“十五”规划的构想

坚持正确的政治导向 ,是做好社会科学研究规划管理工作的一条基本经验。我们制定新疆维吾尔自治区哲学社会科学研究“十五”规划 ,必须坚持“导向正确 ,量力而行 ,突出重点 ,统筹兼顾 ,协调发展”的原则 ;全面贯彻“规划、管理、服务、协调”的工作宗旨 ,积极探索和总结社会科学规划管理工作的规律与特点 ;坚持把出高质量的研究成果与出高水平的社会科学研究人才结合起来 ,加强对新疆青年社会科学研究人才培养。我们要发展和繁荣哲学社会科学的研究 ,为新疆社会经济发展提供理论指导、思想保证、智力支持和精神动力

Some Ideas About the "Tenth Five-Year"Plan of Philosophy and Social Science in Xinjiang

Keeping correct political orientation is the basic experience to well manage philosophy and social science research work.The "Tenth Five year Plan " about Xinjiang philosophy and social science research work must persist in the principies of "correct orientation , act according to reality , put the key links in primary position, over all planning and all round consideration, and coordinative development"; fully carry out the working goal of "planning,administration,coordination and service"; positively probe and summarize the law and features of social science planning and managing work; persist in the combination of deveoping excelent reseach result and higher level researches, make great effort to train young social research workers. We will develop and acticvize philosophial and social science research in order to provide the Autonomous Region with theoretical guide, ideological guarantee,intellgence support and spiritual dynamics.
