| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯中等职业教育在俄罗斯国家教育体系中占有重要地位,20世纪90年代以来俄罗斯中等职业教育改革步入了新的历史发展阶段。本文通过对俄罗斯中等职业教育的历史沿革、改革背景、内容与特点及存在问题等主要方面进行深入的剖析,同时结合中国职业教育的实际情况,将二者进行比较分析,从而展开探讨俄罗斯中等职业教育改革为中国职业教育改革与发展提供的经验和教训,并试图总结出给中国职业教育改革、中等职业教育毕业生的就业问题带来的一些有益启示。
