| 摘 要： | 李则纲对历史与历史学的内涵作了明确的界定，认为历史学是一门科学。在历史研究法、历史学功用问题上，他也作了精辟的论述，并提出了以“诚”和“爱”为核心的史家修养论。他以唯物史观为指导，借鉴西方史学理论和方法，重视对传统史学理论的阐扬，同时注意吸纳20世纪以来中国史学理论方面的成果，形成具有特色的史学理论。
