| 摘 要： | 当代大学生承受挫折的能力普遍较弱。对大学生进行抗挫折教育，提高他们对挫折的认识，培养他们克服困难、渡过难关的能力是学生工作的一个重要课题。了解大学生面对挫折的主要表现，剖析这些挫折产生的原因，有助于培养和增强大学生抗挫折的能力。
