| 摘 要： | 光绪三十三年,哈密通判陈天禄在清末边疆危机形势之下,利用哈密地区民众开展了"改土归流"运动,它反映了清末边疆民族地区的政治、经济矛盾和政治一体化的历史趋势。虽囿于诸多因素,此次运动最终失败,但是其对哈密地区影响深远。

| Abstract: | Facing the border crisis of late Qing,Chen Tianlu,Tongpan(an official title) of Hami,launched a movement to reform bureaucratization of native officers in Hami in the 33rd year of Guang Xu reign.This reflected a historical trend of political integration and political and economic contradictions in frontier ethnic areas in late Qing.Though failed at last,this movement was of a huge influence in Hami. |
