| 摘 要： | 水工程是人类为兴利除害而自觉创造的成果,除了实用、安全的要求之外,还应当遵循人类创造的基本规律——"按照美的规律来建造"。水工程有着不同于一般工程建筑的特殊性,衡量其美学价值也应当从水工程自身特点出发。中国历史上的水工程,因距离统治阶级的直接享受较远,在美学价值方面一直不受重视,新时代的民生水利要求自觉追求水工程的美学价值。构成水工程美学价值的主要元素有:水体的形象美、水工程建筑物的美、附属物的形象美、工程与环境的谐调之美、地域文化之美、水工程管理中的形象美。

| Abstract: | Water project is implemented for the purpose of promoting what is beneficial and abolishing what is harmful.Besides the requirements of practical use and safety,it is also necessary to follow the basic law of creation,namely,construction based on aesthetic principle.Water project is different from common engineering project due to its particularity.Therefore,it is compulsory to weigh up its aesthetic value built on the characteristics of water project.In Chinese history,the ruling class pays little attention to the aesthetic value of water project while the livelihood water conservancy of the new era seeks for aesthetic value of water project.Then,the main elements of aesthetic value of water project consist of the following points: image beauty of water body,beauty of water project architecture,image beauty of attached building,harmonious beauty of project and environment,beauty of local culture and image beauty of water project management. |
