| 摘 要： | 十六大报告中提出的"各尽其能、各得其所而又和谐相处"的要求,既体现了人类普遍的正义追求,又体现了马克思主义正义观的内在精神,并反映了当前国际国内新情况对社会正义的新要求,是"三个代表"视域中的新正义观.社会正义是"三个代表"重要思想的必然要求."三个代表"是推进社会正义的指导思想.

| Abstract: | The requirement about "all people are well positioned, do their best and live in harmony",put forward on the 16th National Congress of CPC, not only embodies the general value pursuit of man, incarnates the true spirit of Marxist view on justice, but also reflects the new demands of new conditions at home and abroad on social justice as well. It is actually a new view of justice in the horizon of Three Represents, which is the guiding ideology to push on social justice, the necessary demand of Three Represents itself. |
