深化大学生心理健康教育的策略性探讨

我国高校大学生心理健康教育工作经过多年发展,已在很多方面取得进展,但出现明显的不平衡,已严重影响了当前大学生心理健康教育工作的整体、深化发展。围绕整体推进和深化发展这一目标,笔者提出三种策略性建议：一是加大宣传教育力度,创新宣传教育内容和形式,力争为大学生心理健康教育工作的进一步发展创造最佳的＂软环境＂;二是优化现有工作体制机制,建立更加科学有效的立体工作体系和运行机制,为大学生心理健康教育工作的进一步发展创造优越的＂硬环境＂;三是加强大学生心理健康教育研究工作,科学部署,突出重点,为大学生心理健康教育工作提供及时指导和持久动力。

A Strategic Discussion about Promoting the Education of Mental Health for Univer sity Students

Despite the great development in many respects over these years,the education o f mental health for college students shows significant imbalance,and this has s eriously affected the deepening of the education itself.Focusing on the overall advancement and the deepening of this education,the author of this paper puts f orward three strategic proposals:first,to exert more efforts in the degree of p opularizing an educating,in creating educational contents and forms,so as to b uild a best "soft environment" for the further development of the work;second, to optimize the existing system and mechanism,and establish a more scientific a nd effective three-dimensional work system and operation mechanism,so as to cre ate a better "hard environment";and third,to improve the research about the ed ucation of mental health for college students in a scientific way with clear foc uses,so as to timely provide guidance and lasting energy for the work.
