医学人文教育与高等中医药人才培养

The Education of Medical Humanity and the Cultivating of Senior Talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine

The cultivating of highly-qualified talents in traditional Chinese medicine must adhere to the combination of the medical scientific spirit and the medical humanistic spirit,so as to realize the coordinating development of medical talents,medical technology and humanistic care.Education of traditional Chinese medicine humanity is not only the fundamental requirement of the development of medical mode,but also the need of improving doctor-patient mutual trust and constructing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.It must take the cultivating of the senior talents in traditional Chinese medicine as the core,follow the growing rule of traditional Chinese medicine talents,and embody a better combination of the humanistic education and political education,humanistic spirit and scientific spirit,cultural heritage and innovation,in order to enhance the humanistic quality of the college students of traditional Chinese medicine.
