社会转型期农民对中国共产党的政治认同研究

政治认同由主体、客体和外部环境三要素共同构成。作为执政党，农民的政治认同是中国共产党不可忽视的重要问题之一。在社会转型期，改革进入攻坚阶段，发展处于关键时期，各种社会矛盾和问题凸显，农民对利益的满足和权利的保护成为核心要求，公平正义成为价值选择，农民对党的政治认同也出现了影响因素多样化、存在层次性与地域性差异等许多新特点，党面临着多方面的考验。因此，提高农民政治认同的正确路径是：构建政治民主、公平公正的价值取向；构建认同的政治文化、促进农民政治社会化；优化国家制度安排，满足农民利益诉求。

A Research into the Farmers＇ Political Identity of CPC in Social Transformation

Political identity is generally composed of three essential elements:subject,object and external environment.As a ruling party,CPC must attach great importance to farmers′ political identity.In the social transformation period,when reform comes to its critical moment,our party is faced with challenges arising from the seriousness of social contradictions and problems,the focus requirement for the fulfillment and protection of interests and rights on the part of farmers,the values-based choice of equity and justice;besides,the farmers′ political identity with CPC is characterized by pluralisticness,and variance in levels and regions.To deal with the situation,the rational choice may lie in constructing a value orientation based on political democracy,equity and justice;establishing a popularly identified political culture to improve political socialization of farmers;and optimizing the systematic planning of our country to fulfill farmers′ appeal for their interests.
