| 摘 要： | 新型工业化道路不同于传统的工业化。东北老工业基地走新型工业化道路,面临着经济成分的比重、产业竞争能力与市场份额、资源与地区收入差距等诸多问题。只有克服体制性障碍,走新型工业化道路,才能推动东北老工业基地区域经济和社会的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The way of new industrialization is different from traditional industrialization.The vigorous development the industry in Northeast China by the way of new industrialization is facing such problems as the proportion of economic elements,industrial competency,market share,resources and income gap,etc.Only by overcoming the obstacle of system and by way of new industrialization,can we achieve the sustainable economic and social development of old industrial base in Northeast China. |
