| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯自由主义肇始于前苏联的戈尔巴乔夫时期，由盛到衰，历经三个阶段，自由主义在俄罗斯的衰落，其深层原因在于俄罗斯传统文化与自由主义的内在紧张。另外，俄罗斯中产阶级力量薄弱、自由主义者内外政策的失败及西方对俄地缘政治压力等，都是不可忽视的原因。

| Abstract: | The paper holds that the decline of liberalism, as was inaugurated during the Gorbachev administration, is due to several reasons. Firstly, the intense conflict between the traditional Russian culture and the liberal thoughts ; secondly, the weakness of the middle-class Russians; thirdly, the failure of the liberal policies concerning the home and international affaires and lastly the political pressure exerted by the West. Liberalism is mostly likely to be adapted to the Russian culture and eventually become the Liberalism with Russian characteristics. |
