政治,是社会产生分裂、多种文化并存条件下的特有社会现象。伴随着这一历史进程,人类社会充满着政治斗争,阶级斗争是其突出表现。政治斗争的过程,是寻求和确立符合生产力发展方向和要求的文化过程;正确文化的最高社会表现形式,是体现为社会公共意志的法,并由代表社会的公共权力机关——国家这一工具,将其贯彻于社会之中,从而最终实现正确文化对社会的治理——即政治。

A New Interpretation of the Relationship between Law and Politics

Politics is a special social phenomenon against the background of the split of social production and the coexistence of varied cultures.In the historical process,human society abounds in political struggle,which is best represented in class struggle.The process of political struggle is one designed for the search and establishment of the culture suitable for the direction and requirement of the development of the productivity,which can be shortened to a process of the search and establishment of the correct culture.The supreme social manifestation of the correct culture is law,which is an embodiment of social public will.The law is enforced by the state,a public power agency representing the society,so as to assure the ultimate social management on the part of the correct culture,that is,politics.
