新生代农民工精神文化需求问题探析

新生代农民工作为一个新兴的群体,是构建"和谐社会"伟大战略的重要推动者,加强对其精神文化需求的研究,是十七届六中全会提出的一项任务,具有深刻的现实意义。随着社会的不断发展,新生代农民工对精神文化的需求必将呈现一个不断上升的趋势。同时,在多元文化、经济收入、社会制度、自身条件等因素的影响下,新生代农民工在思想文化、娱乐文化、科技服务、社会交往等方面的精神文化需求难以得到有效的满足。解决这些问题就需要政府、社会、企业以及主体等多个方面共同努力。

An Analysis of the Spiritual and Cultural Demands of the New Generation of Migrant Workers

As a new group,the new-generation migrant workers are an important factor to contribute to the great strategy of construction of a harmonious society.To promote the research into their psychological and cultural demands,a task raised in the sixth plenary session of the seventeenth CPC central committee,is of great significance.With the rapid social development,migrant workers ’ demand for spiritual and cultural products and services will be increasingly on the rise.Meanwhile,owing to various factors such as multi culture,personal income,social system and individual conditions,it is hard to efficiently meet their spiritual and cultural demands in all aspects,including ideology and culture,entertainment,scientific and technological service,and social communication.To solve the problem,government,society,enterprises,and migrant workers themselves must make a concerted effort.
