| Abstract: | The origin of the principle of common but differentiated responsibility is from international environmental law.The principle is a legal basis of global cooperation for governing environmental problems and capacity building and the growth of the capacity of developing countries to take part in environmental protection and implementation international environmental law.The China domestic environmental law should absorb the principle to guild the creation of new mechanism to solve environmental problems facing increasingly in China. |
