The development of modern technology of network and the formation of network space have greatly changed people's traditional life style.The modern technology of network promotes the subjectivity of people;at the same time,it also quickens the speed of alienation of people,or rather,the objectivity and atomicization of subject,as well as the narrowing of living space for the subject.As a result,it has great influenced the process of rule by law and the subject of rule by law,both positively and negatively.
