| 摘 要： | 针对现行一人公司法律规范中存在的限制缺陷问题,以立法限制为视角,分析了我国一人公司法律制度立法限制的缺陷,通过分析提出建议:要促进一人公司的健康发展,要从细化法人人格否认制度、取消对自然人股东转投资行为的限制、降低注册资本、建立健全信用体系等方面进行立法完善,以期实现一人公司中股东单一与有限责任的良性结合。
