| 摘 要： | 高等体育职业教育以培养高端技能型体育专门人才为根本任务，而培养高端技能型人才必须以就业为导向，以质量为保证。然而，由于历史和现实的原因，当前我国高职体育院校课程改革中正不断出现新的问题，亟待寻求和探索课程改革的目标、内容定位，并提出实施课程改革的思路和建议。作为一所办学历史不长、专业和课程建设较为薄弱的高职体育院校，福建体育职业技术学院更面临着以就业为导向的课程改革的艰巨任务。

| Abstract: | Higher sports vocational education aims to train quality sports talents who are popular in the em- ployment market. However, due to some historic and realistic reasons, problems exist in the sports curric- ulum reform in vocational colleges. Therefore, it is necessary to work out the goal and position of the re- form and suggest some countermeasures. As a new and immature sports vocational college, Fujian Sports Vocational Education and Technical College must work hard to carry out the employment-oriented reform. |
