应用导向的组织行为学教学模式研究

摘    要:
随着信息时代的教学环境变化,组织行为学教学模式只有进行适应性变革,才能取得良好的教学效果。根据文献研究和教学经验总结,在教学观念、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段等方面突出学生为主体、教师为主导的变革思想,通过充分应用理论知识解决现实问题,形成自主、合作、竞争的体验式教学模式。

Abstract:
With the changes of teaching environment in the information age, the organizational behavior teaching mode should be reformed accordingly so that better teaching effects can be achieved. Based on the literature research and previous teaching experience, the paper elaborates the concept of student-centered and teacher-oriented reform from the aspects of teaching concepts, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching means and proposes the application-oriented theory to construct an experiential teaching mode of independence, cooperation and competition.
