| 摘 要： | 英国最低工资制度的内容主要体现在《1998年全国最低工资法案》及《1999年全国最低工资条例》中。最低工资制度的内容包括最低工资的标准、适用对象、工资的定义和范围、最低工资的计算方法、最低工资的执行和法律救济等等。我国规定了最低工资制度,但该制度还存在许多不足,应当借鉴英国的做法加以完善。
