| 摘 要： | 中国古代典籍关于巫术的记载 ,最早可追溯到先秦时期的《山海经》、《周礼》 ,而对巫术犯罪的记载则可上溯到秦汉。明清时期 ,继承秦汉以来巫术犯罪立法的经验 ,形成了系统的控制巫术犯罪的法律 ;此时期对巫术犯罪的惩罚力度也有逐渐加强的趋势

| Abstract: | Records of sorcery in Chinese ancient books may be traced back to Shan Han Jing and Zhou Li in the Pre-Qing Dynasty.Records about sorcery crimes may be traced back to the Qin and Han Dynasty.On the basis of experiences in legislation of sorcery crimes in the Qin and Han Dynasty,a more systematic legislation of sorcery crimes which strengthened punishment was established in the Ming and Qing Dynasty. |
