略论旅游业的功能优势与民族地区全面小康社会的建设

我国民族地区由于自然条件的限制,经济文化落后,在全面建设小康社会的过程中可能会陷入极化效应和有增长而无发展的困境。旅游业由于其自身的特点,在社会经济建设中具有抑制和削弱极化效应、促进旅游地全面发展等优势。因此,民族地区应大力发展旅游业,并将发展旅游业与提高当地居民生活水平、弘扬民族文化、提高居民整体素质、当地生态环境建设和民族地区可持续发展相结合,加快全面建设小康社会的进程。

On the Function Advantages of Tourism and the Construction of Well-off Society in Ethnic Minority Area

Because of the limitations of natural conditions and the backwardness in economy and culture, the ethnic minority area of our country may probably fall into the predicament in which three is the polarized effect or the growth without development during the process of building the well-off society in an overall way.For its own characteristics, tourism has advantages of suppressing and weakening the polarized effect. So, the ethnic minority area should make more efforts to develop tourism, and combine the development of tourism with improving local living standard, enlarging national culture, improving the quality of residents, constructing the local ecological environment and promoting the sustainable development.Thus we can accelerate the process of building the well-off society in an overall way.
