联邦主义与浙江省宪运动

在近代中国省宪运动中,浙江省是其中的佼佼者。由于具有比较良好的地方自治意识和传统,在国家分裂之时,联邦主义作为解决时局的政治整合策略为浙江人民所接受。以制定省宪法为中心的浙江省联邦主义运动经历了坎坷的发展过程,但是这种理想最后在制宪失误、军阀政治和中国政治转型面前,被彻底击破。尽管如此,浙江省宪运动仍有值得我们思索的地方。
