| 摘 要： | 本文通对国家主权演化规律的分析 ,认为在全球化时代 ,国家主权这一概念尽管受到某些国际法理论与实践的挑战 ,但更确切地体现了国际合作精神与国际共同责任 ,趋于更加平衡的结构 ,主权行为更积极地服从于国际共同利益。因此对随着国家间依赖关系加强而出现的国际组织对国家主权的“侵蚀”现象应做积极评价。当然 ,作为一体化程度并不高的广大非西方国家 ,在以限制国家主权为代价而享有全球化利益时 ,必须警惕新的西方殖民主义。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing evolution law of state severeignty,the author deems that state severeignty suffers challenges of some international laws' theory and practice,but it even clearer and unambiguouser embodies international cooperation spirit and common duty,sovereignty act even activer submits to international common interests.With dependent relations among countries strengthened,state sovereignty corroded by international organiazation appears.So the non-Western countries that integrated degree is not high should be on guard against new colonialism in taking state sovereignty restricted as price to enjoy globalization interests. |
